Objectives | To help raise a greater awareness amongst fleet operators of the need to improve the environmental performance of their fleets.
Abstract | The project was run by ETSU (on the behalf of EEBPP) and aimed to raise a greater awareness amongst fleet operators of the need to improve the environmental performance of their fleets. The advice offered to fleets would help them to reduce business mileage, fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. A series of four half day Green Fleet seminars contained a mix of practical advice, case studies and promotion of available help through the Helpline, Site Specific Advice and the 'Motorvate' scheme.
